Context
One of the world's most
prestigious medical events
AMWC — Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress — is one of the most respected international medical events in the world, gathering top specialists in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and longevity science. Its Brazilian edition brings together the country’s leading professionals in a high-level scientific and networking environment.
Over three consecutive years, I was responsible for all visual communications produced for the event — from printed signage and wayfinding to the congress publication and social media assets.
Challenge
Translating a global brand
into every touchpoint
Working within an established international brand framework, the challenge was to apply and adapt the AMWC visual identity consistently across a wide range of formats and materials — each with different production requirements, audiences, and contexts.
From large-format signage that needed to work at a distance in a busy congress venue, to a detailed publication consumed up close by specialists, every piece had to maintain the brand’s authority while serving its specific purpose clearly and precisely.
Approach
Production-ready,
every time
Working directly with the event production team over three years meant understanding not just the visual standards, but the operational reality of a large-scale international congress — tight timelines, multiple vendors, last-minute changes, and materials that needed to work perfectly on the day.
Every asset was delivered production-ready, with clear specifications for printers, digital teams, and signage vendors. The work demanded both precision and adaptability — and the confidence to make decisions quickly under pressure.
Deliverables
From signage to
social — everything
Each edition required a full suite of communications: event signage and wayfinding systems for the congress venue, a printed congress publication bringing together scientific content in a polished format, programs and schedules, and a complete social media asset kit for pre, during, and post-event communication.
Three years of continuous collaboration meant the work evolved with each edition — refining what worked, improving what didn’t, and building a deeper understanding of what the event and its audience needed.
Results
The outcome
Three editions delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready. The consistency of the visual communications helped reinforce AMWC Brazil’s position as a premium, internationally aligned medical congress — and the ongoing collaboration over three years reflects the trust built through that work.
